Kate Ebner helps people see the future they want – and turn it into reality. Through her work as Executive DIrector of the Institute for Transformational Leadership, Kate works with faculty, students and graduates to provide truly game-changing learning experiences. Since 2012, she has been leading the initiative to build the Institute for Transformational Leadership, a ground-breaking center for learning about leading change envisioned by the faculty of Georgetown's coaching program. A leadership coach and entrepreneur, Kate specializes in creating, living and leading with vision and, as importantly, how to “make it real” through effective implementation. She is passionate about helping people realize their potential in service to the needs of the world.
