Marla Lackey
Marla Lackey has been working in Labor and Delivery as a Registered Nurse for the past 25 years at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. After taking care of her dying parents, she was blessed to discover the parallelism between bringing new souls into the world and taking care of the souls leaving this world. She has a passion to offer this insight to bring hope and comfort to others going through the grieving process. Marla is a contributing author to HeartMind Wisdom Inspirational Anthology Volume number 4. Currently, she is working on writing a book and blog titled, Faith and a Tube of Lipstick. In it, she shares thought provoking full circle events, spiritual Aha moments and inspiring lessons learned during her mother's journey with cancer. Marla lives in Spring Branch, Texas with her husband and four children.
