Shane Barbanel
My guest Shane Barbanel is the founder and CEO of the CoLab-Factory. Before founding CoLab-Factory, Shane had a successful career in commercial real estate spanning more than a decade. Working exclusively in the New York City market, Shane was President of New York City Brokerage, before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial. Shane also worked as a property analyst for BRM fund, was President of Dean Contracting and VP of Barberry Rose Management.
With all that experience, Shane decided to launch CoLab factory which in my view is an idea that has certainly come and I believe would be very beneficial to everyone who participates.
