Daniel Holden

Dan Holden has worked in executive and team development for over 30 years. He serves on the Executive MBA staff at the University of Notre Dame, where he was awarded the school’s Inspiring Educator of the Year Award. Dan has worked with the Center for Creative Leadership, and continues his work with Elsie Y. Cross Associates, Inc. on issues of diversity and culture change. He is the author of Lost Between Lives–Finding Your Light When the World Goes Dark (2004). Dan has authored several articles, including Diversity Unraveled and The Forgotten Self—Executive Development in the 21st Century. Some of Dan’s clients include: Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Wachovia, DANA Corporation, Lockheed Martin, Shell Oil, and Ford Motor Company. He works at the intersection where personal mastery, executive development and organizational transformation meet. Dan earned a BA in Psychology from the State University of New York at Geneseo, and a MS Ed. from Niagara University.
