Beth Thiebault is Deloitte Consulting’s Global SAP/SuccessFactors leader, has served as Deloitte Consulting’s Chief Inclusion Office, and has lead their HR Transformation practice nationally. She is a principal in the Minneapolis office specializing in Human Capital and the efficient delivery of human capital services to organizations. With over 25 years of combined industry and consulting experience, Beth specializes in large Human Resource transformation areas of the business and corporate functions. She assists clients in building and sustaining competitive advantage through the efficient and effective deployment of human capital by aligning the human resources strategy, organization, structure, processes, programs, and technology into an overall HR Service Delivery Model.
