Angela Quitadamo


Angela Quitadamo is the Director of Retention at Worcester State University. In this role she is the main technical lead for an electronic early-alert system on campus that flags students who have done well, or require additional support. Angela worked briefly as a financial aid counselor at Quinsigamond Community College and before that, spent over a decade assisting first-generation high school students access college through a federally funded TRIO program. She attended UMass Amherst for her undergraduate degrees in History and Women’s Studies, received a MS in Non-Profit Management from Worcester State University, and is approaching candidacy for her PhD in Leadership and Change at Antioch University. Angela has presented nationally on issues related to persistence and retention in higher education. She lives in her hometown of Worcester, MA.
