Jason Hall is responsible for the Human Capital Strategy at CDK, LLC and the operational enablement of that strategy. Over his 23+ year career, he worked at ADP leading a comprehensive external benchmark of internal HR Practices and co-authored the Human Capital Strategy that provided the long term roadmap for HR delivery service to 65000+ associates. He led the Human Capital Strategy Transformational Management Office focusing on governance, project tools and methodologies, metrics, communication, change leadership and risk mitigation. He also led HR Business Partners supporting the National Accounts business of ADP ($1.2B revenue) focused on ADP’s HR/Payroll, Time and Labor Management, Field Support Services and Comprehensive Outsourcing Services Division. Jason played a vital role in creating and delivering upon the organizational design and cultural awareness necessary for ADP National Accounts to make the transformation from Payroll provider to Human Capital Management provider.
