Colorado lawyer Forrest Plesko focuses on the legal needs of businesses & professionals. He defends those facing malpractice, premises, and general negligence liability in all jurisdictions. Forrest graduated from University of Denver’s Strum College of Law & received honors as Senior Articles Editor for the DU Law Review. As a student, he interned for the Hon. John L. Kane, Jr. District of Colorado U.S. District Court & the Hon. Edwin L. Felter, Jr. at the Colorado Ofc of Administrative Courts. Following law school, Forrest served as a law clerk to both the Hon. Thomas F. Mulvahill, and D.D. Mallard, of the 20th Judicial District of Colorado. Forrest serves on The Colorado Lawyer Advisory Board, and as a Professional Mentor for Denver University’s Strum College of Law. Before the Colorado Supreme Court, Forrest also represented the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association and National Federation for Independent Business as amici curiae.
