Robert Falcone, M.D.


As CEO of the Columbus Medical Association and Affiliates including the Central Ohio Trauma System, Dr. Robert Falcone works with Central Ohio Physicians and coalitions to champion tangible improvements in community health. He most recently served as Vice President of Population Health with the Ohio Hospital Association, Chief of Staff of the Cincinnati Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Chief of Staff of the Chalmers P Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center, and Acting Chief of Staff for the Jesse Brown VAMC. Prior to joining the VHA, he was President and COO for Grant Medical Center a 640 bed urban teaching Hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center in Columbus Ohio. His clinical background is in Trauma and Surgical Critical Care.
A magna cum laude graduate of Kent State University, Dr. Falcone received his medical degree cum laude from The Ohio State University (OSU) College of Medicine. He completed his internship and surgical residency at Riverside Methodist Hospitals.
