Todd Bridges is a television icon from the 1970's onward. He is particularly notable as the sole survivor of the children of the cast of "Diff'rent Strokes" and for being the first Black actor to appear on Little House on the Prairie, The Waltons, and other huge TV series of the 1970's and 80's. Todd was the only Black teen heartthrob other than Michael Jackson of that era. Todd was also in the recordbreaking and iconic landmark miniseries, "Roots," starring alongside Ben Vereen, LeVar Burton, and other legends. He has numerous tv credits from the 70's to present time.
Todd Bridges is best known for his starring role as "Willis Jackson" on the sitcom Diff'rent Strokes. He suffered the horrors of sexual & physical abuse throughout his childhood. These traumatic experiences led to a troubled personal and public identity. Johnnie Cochran defended Todd Bridges against criminal charges. He uses his past to help others, & performs in Las Vegas hosting a live game show and doing comedy.
