James Carville
James Carville, Jr. is an American political consultant and commentator. Carville first gained recognition for his work as the lead strategist of Bill Clinton’s successful 1992 presidential campaign - a campaign documented in the Academy Award nominated film, The War Room. He is the recipient of numerous awards including being honored as Campaign Manager of the Year by the American Association of Political Consultants. In addition to being an in-demand political strategist in the U.S., Carville also frequently consults on foreign campaigns: Carville was responsible for the successful election of Tony Blair, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom; Ehud Barak, former leader of Israel's Labor Party, and Gonzalo Sanchez de Lozada, previous President of Bolivia. Carville is currently the host of XM radio's "60/20" weekly sports show and is a regular political contributor to CNN.
