Eric Mahler
Eric Mahler is the Founder and CEO of Fulcrum Consulting. Since its founding in 2002, Fulcrum has grown to a national organization with a focus on providing large companies with consulting services in the areas of strategy formulation, operational improvement, workforce management and IT professional services. Mr. Mahler lives in Dallas, Texas and is responsible for managing geographical presence and capabilities for Fulcrum nationally. Mr. Mahler has over 20 years of multinational experience building and managing high performance teams and leading large improvement initiatives as an executive manager and consultant. He has specific experience with Leadership, Strategy Formulation, Business Development, Management of Change and Organizational Improvement. Mr. Mahler has also held board positions within the public, private and government sectors.
