Nicole Sahin is CEO of Globalization Partners, a global employment solutions company which helps companies rapidly expand into more than 180 countries without establishing new subsidiaries. The company has been named the #6 fastest growing private company and #1 fastest growing female-led company in America. The company has an all-female management team. Prior to launching Globalization Partners, Nicole was an early employee and Managing Director of High Street Partners, a consulting firm that supported US companies expanding into dozens of countries. The company sold for approximately $100 million in 2014 and is now Radius. Nicole has also owned a business in the Caribbean, and is a co-founder of the Sweet Life School, an elementary school in rural Cambodia that helps kids in a village leap over the digital divide by giving access to the tools of the 21st century. Nicole holds an MBA.
