With the launch of Savvy Selling NOW! in 2014, Leslie combined more than 30 years of sales experience, her passions for sales, people and fun into a coaching and training business for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Her background includes earning an MBA and 20 years with large organizations such as Oracle, Sony and Schwab. She then moved to working with small-to-medium-sized companies where she found new approaches to selling. In the end, she found building relationships was the most compelling and exciting aspect of selling. This led her to realize that she had a lot to offer individuals with small businesses. Leslie had no formal sales training when she began her career. She built all of her business from the ground up learning all phases of selling by trial and error. From knocking on doors and cold calling to many of the most popular approaches to selling, she learned and practiced all of them.
