Karen Kaufman
Karen Kaufman MS, Organizational Dynamics, co-founded the Kaufman Partnership with Donald Kaufman in 1985. Karen is an Executive Coach, Consultant, and Keynote Speaker specializing in Executive Presence using Impression and Relationship Management. Her goal is to create an environment of trust and intimacy so that executives can explore and accelerate their leadership capacity. Karen is a contributing author for six books. Karen is a Founding Member of The Center for Organizational Dynamics at The University of Pennsylvania and a Founding Member of the Psychoanalytic Coaches Association. She is currently Chair Emeritus of the Board of Advisors for the School of Business Administration at Philadelphia University. Karen is the Treasurer on the Executive Board of the Friends of Independence National Historical Park. Pennsylvania Governor Edward Rendell and the Department of Community and Economic Development selected Karen Kaufman as one of the 50 Best Women in Business for 2003.
