Gary A. DePaul


Gary A. DePaul has two decades of experience as a manager and scholar of management, has worked as a manager in fortune 500 companies, and consults with organizations to improve leadership practices. He is the author of Nine Practices of 21st Century Leadership: A Guide to Inspiring Creativity, Innovation and Engagement, published by CRC Press. In February 2017, He will self-publish his next book, Crack the Leadership Development Code, though CreateSpace. In the Fall of 2017, he plans to publish his third book, Culture Growth.
Gary has worked for Arthur Andersen, Johnson Controls, Fidelity Information Services (FIS) Global / Certegy, Ceridian, and Lowe's Home Improvement. He has a Ph.D. and Ed.M. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign through the Department of Educational Organization and Leadership. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Gary presents on leadership to companies, firms, and nonprofits.
