Scott Huminsky
Scott Huminsky has an extensive background in construction and real estate investing. 20+ years as a union carpenter and then having the need to recreate himself due to the economy change in ’08 lead him to becoming his own boss and now currently owning and/or controlling 4 companies.
Being able to see the complexity involved in the market qualifies him as a successful real estate investor. Scott has renovated and sold multiple properties in the last couple years with a 100% return on investment. His latest project was a complete renovation of 4 buildings – 32 apartments that are being used primarily for permanent supportive housing for homeless veterans.
