Ilia Mallioras has been a London-based fixed income specialist in investment banking for the last 15 years. In her last role as a Managing Director, Ilia ran a team that advised a broad spectrum of international clients including corporates, funds and insurance companies on financial markets and hedging solutions. Ilia has built successful sales teams and developed long standing client relationships within the organization. She and the team led numerous significant transactions. Mentoring women and promoting diversity has always been a major focus throughout Ilia's career. Currently, Ilia is a passionate start-up investor and advises start-ups on strategic and financing matters.
