Tom Waggoner
He is a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and brings 25 years of military service in The Army and Army National Guard. Tom currently trains Soldiers for overseas deployments as a full time member of the Oregon Army National Guard. Prior to his tour in Iraq, he spent 20 years in the banking sector specializing in business development within the payments industry.
