Barbara Tint, PhD


Barbara Tint is a Professor of Conflict Resolution, facilitator, organizational trainer, licensed psychotherapist and an aspiring improviser. She has been involved in facilitating trainings using the techniques of Applied Improvisation since 2009, teaches Improv for Dispute Resolution for Lawyers, Improv for Resilience for Humanitarian Aid Workers and Improvisational Leadership and Change for Organizational Leaders. She has published journal articles and book chapters on the use of Applied Improvisation in these contexts. She has conducted workshops on Power and Status all over the world. She is Co-President of the Applied Improvisation Network, an international group of practitioners using Improv in a wide range of non-performance based contexts. Of all the processes Barbara has worked with in her years as a therapist, professor, facilitator and student of life, she is convinced that Improv is the most transformational and joyful modality on the planet.
