Jerrica Owen
Jerrica Owen is the Director of Program Administration for San Diego Humane Society. She received B.S. Degree in Health Science, from California State University Chico. She has 12 years animal welfare experience and earned her CAWA certification in 2016. Her first 6 years in animal welfare were concentrated in animal behavior where she implemented, executed and managed the behavior evaluation program. Her experience and expertise includes animal behavior, effective animal shelter inventory and processing management, administrative efficiencies, program development, and progressions in policy and procedure.
She is a proud pet parent of Kya the goofy lovable labradoodle and Kaeli Sunshine, her bubbly and energetic 4 year old daughter.
