Darren Bean has spent his life serving his Nation and his community. Darren spent almost 23 years in the Army as an infantryman, retiring as a Sergeant Major. The son of a 43-year Veteran, Darren has been involved in the military all of his life and remains heavily involved to this day. During his military career, Darren excelled at all tasks, being promoted ahead of his peers on multiple occasions and consistently recognized for his attention to detail, professionalism, and care of other Soldiers. He is regarded as one of the leading experts in mountain warfare having spent most of his career leading and training Soldiers, writing doctrine and developing equipment.
