Dr. Seth Gillihan
Seth J. Gillihan, PhD is a licensed psychologist specializing in cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based treatments for anxiety, depression, insomnia, and other conditions. His latest book is Retrain Your Brain: Cognitive Behavior Therapy in 7 Weeks. He is also co-author with Janet Singer of Overcoming OCD: A Journey to Recovery (A Workbook for Managing Depression and Anxiety). Dr. Gillihan has written and lectured nationally and internationally on CBT and how the brain is involved in regulating our moods. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychology in the Psychiatry Department at the University of Pennsylvania and a Fellow of the Center for Neuroscience and Society at Penn.
