Chalmers Brothers is the author of two thought-provoking books: Language and the Pursuit of Happiness and Language and the Pursuit of Leadership Excellence. While his books have been adopted by the leadership and coaching programs of Georgetown University, George Mason University, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, the Newfield Network and many others… his clients include Coca-Cola, TripAdvisor, National Science Foundation, Dollar General, US Social Security Administration and scores of mid-size organizations throughout the country. He focuses on workplace culture, leadership and personal development, teamwork, accountability, relationship- and trust-building, and emotional intelligence. He is a certified ontological coach, received a BS degree in engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (MA) and an MBA from Louisiana State University. Chalmers and his wife of 30 years have 3 adult children and live in Naples, FL.
