Mary Beth Sammons
Mary Beth Sammons is an award-winning journalist and author who has contributed to Family Circle, the Chicago Tribune's lifestyle section, and various online health and wellness Web sites. She is a cause-related marketing professional who creates communications campaigns for organizations large and small including high schools in the Cristo Rey Network. She is the author of 11 books in the women's self-help and health and wellness fields, including We Carry Each Other: Getting through Life's Toughest Times. She lives in Chicago’s Northwest suburbs.
