Suzy Koontz
Suzy Koontz is an educational consultant, an actuary, a former math teacher, founder of Learn Thru Movement, Inc. and the Math & Movement program and the author of numerous books. Her current work includes the development of the National Math Foundation, a non-profit whose mission is to “stomp out” math anxiety. The goal of the Math & Movement program is to lead students through a series of movement-based learning exercises that result in mathematical competency and confidence! Suzy’s work has been featured in television, radio and print. She is a national speaker at schools, conferences, and PTA/O events.
