Bob Ney
Robert ‘Bob’ Ney is a former United States Representative from Ohio’s 18th Congressional District. Ney served as Chairman of the House Administrative Committee from 2001 – 2006. As Chairman of the committee, he was known as the "Mayor of Capitol Hill." In 1999, he was a prominent part of the "Stand Up for Steel" campaign, which united the steel unions and steel industry in a fight against low-priced imports. His most recent book, Sideswiped: Lessons Learned Courtesy of the Hit Men of Capitol Hill, recounts the events leading up to his resignation following the investigation into the Jack Abramoff Indian lobbying scandal.
