Sebhia Marie Dibra is an author, entrepreneur, motivational speaker and millennial lifestyle contributor. Her new book, Overcoming Acute and Chronic Pain (2017), featured in Publishers Weekly, teaches health practitioners to help individuals suffering from pain with natural, non-drug, evidence-based remedies – such as mindfulness and meditation – based on their personality type. Sebhia contributes a 21st-century perspective on energy medicine, energetics, and spiritual dimensions to health and wellness issues, including life cycle and healthy aging. She is on the editorial board of the European Journal of Physics Education and is a biofeedback retreat facilitator at the Academy of Wellness in Toronto, Canada. She practices mindfulness and meditation daily.
