Bumper Moylan
Mr. Moylan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Science from the University of Maryland. Mr. Moylan retired as Lieutenant of Investigators from the Union County, New Jersey, Prosecutor’s Office after a 28-year law enforcement career. He was an investigator and supervisor in the Arson/Bomb Squad. Mr. Moylan has testified as an expert witness in the fields of fire and explosions, and firearms. Mr. Moylan served 17 years as a volunteer firefighter and was an instructor in Fire Chemistry and Origin and Cause Determination in the Union County Fire Academy. He was an Adjunct Professor at the Union County College, teaching subjects in criminal investigation and fire origin and cause. Mr. Moylan is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and the FBI/Redstone Arsenal Hazardous Devices School for Bomb Technicians. He is a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI) and currently the 2nd Vice President of the IAAI.
