Roger Metelerkamp
Roger Metelerkamp leads the SAP SuccessFactors practice for EMEIA within the People Advisory Services practice of EY. EY provides leading global capability for SuccessFactors enabled HR Transformation projects. A dynamic leader and an expert in human capital management, technology and the cloud with a career history spanning consultancy firms and business systems suppliers. During Roger’s first 13 years in consulting he was part of the firm that transitioned from PwC, where he was made partner in 1998, to IBM. During this period, Roger developed his broad expertise in business transformation, programme management and consultancy business leadership. Since 1999, Roger has been primarily focused on HR Systems and HR Transformation, with the past 3 years concentrated on SuccessFactors. He has successfully performed many projects with global industry leading organisations whilst leading consulting practices, account teams and relationships with SAP on both global and regional levels.
