Kerrin Lyons
Kerrin Lyons’s passion for college admissions began as a student tour guide and senior intern in the admissions office at her alma mater, Hamilton College. After graduation, she spent a year recruiting for Regis College in Massachusetts, and then continued her admissions career at Tufts University. During her 12 years at Tufts, she traveled and represented the university throughout the United States as well as in Canada, Southeast Asia, Africa. In addition to evaluating domestic and international applications, she oversaw the admissions process for Tufts’ dual degree programs with the Museum School of Fine Arts in Boston and the New England Conservatory of Music, managed the tour guide and guidance counselor programs, and trained new admissions readers. Kerrin also worked as associate director of college counseling at Concord Academy, where she taught and developed curriculum for courses on the college admission process in addition to counseling boarding and day students and families.
