Tom Foley
Tom Foley is the Deputy Commissioner of the New York City Department of Design and Construction. He received his BS from Manhattan College and has worked as a civil engineer in NYC for over twenty years. Mr. Foley is responsible for all of the critical infrastructure projects in Manhattan with an active capital program exceeding $650 million, including the reconstruction of roadways, the rehabilitation of retaining walls and work related to the installation of Water Tunnel 3.
