Tova Garr is the CEO and founder of From Girls 2 Women an organization dedicated to strengthening the mother - daughter relationship. Tova’s work focuses on supporting and mentoring teen girls and helping mothers understand and support their daughters through the challenges of adolescence. Tova does this through teaching mothers and daughter to communicate successfully about the important stuff.
Tova has spent over 20 years working with teens and young adults around the world, in Israel, the US, Australia, South Africa, the former Soviet Union and more. Tova is committed to making sure every girl is raised in a supportive nurturing environment, allowing her to become a strong independent thinker, learn how to make good choices and successfully navigate life, allowing her to grow up and live her dreams while staying true to who she really is and is meant to be.
