Several years back I was feeling down on myself for getting out of shape. I had always been fit and had even run a marathon but after I hit 40 my weight started creeping up and I got into some bad eating habits.
As I looked around for a fitness program, I realized that there really wasn’t anything out there specifically for women over 40 who didn’t necessarily want to become bikini models! So, I started working on a plan of my own. Over the course of 2 years I became a Certified Personal Trainer and worked with many health and fitness experts to design this program.
This program is about leading a vibrant and healthy life. It is NOT about depriving yourself of good food or spending hours in the gym every day. It is what has worked for me and I am excited to share it with you as we all work together.
