Shanthi Rajaram
With a 20-year career in Information Technology that included 14 years in healthcare product development consulting, Shanthi Rajaram is now the President and Co-Founder of Amazech Solutions, a software and consulting services company based in the Dallas area. Having founded the company 10 years ago, her creation has enjoyed growth each year and now employs 40 employees. Dallas Business Journal recognized Amazech among the top-listed women-led or women-created firms based on locally-generated revenue in 2015. Shanthi has been featured in WCEO magazine as upcoming Women CEO of the Year in 2015. In 2016, Amazech was named the top 20 fastest growing companies by Silicon India and also the best in Web and Mobile technology by Boardroom elite and Insight Success. Shanthi’s education includes a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering and an Executive MBA.
