Carrie Chaffee, SPRH, SHRM-SCP
Carrie Chafee serves as the Vice President of HR for Oregon State Credit Union, a state Chartered, billion dollar, multi-branch organization headquartered in Corvallis, Oregon.
She is a seasoned business professional with over 30 years of broad-based HR leadership and has specialized in the financial industry. Prior to Oregon State Credit Union, Ms. Chaffee was the Vice President of HR for two national insurance brokerages.
Carrie holds a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University where she volunteers her time mentoring business students as they finish their studies and begin their careers. She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and the SHRM-SPC designation.
A cancer survivor for over 9 years, Carrie volunteers her time and leadership skills to various boards and cancer related events. Since 2014, she has also served on the Oregon State Workforce Investment Board working to advise the Governor on workplace policy and spending.
