Dr. Elisa Burgess is a board certified plastic surgeon and general surgeon. She grew up in the Portland metro area. She attended OSU and is an avid Beaver fan! Her private office is located in Lake Oswego. Through her 17 years of being a plastic surgeon, Dr. Burgess has strived to help bring a sense of normalcy to women who have undergone breast cancer surgery through reconstruction.
