Steve Hanson
Steve Hanson, I.C.E., started his first commercial cleaning company in 1987 in Boise, Idaho. He and his wife Jean sold the business in 2002 and Steve started his second cleaning company in Minnesota soon after. In 2005 Steve started mentoring commercial and residential cleaning business owners through their online business portals TheJanitorialStore.com and MyHouseCleaningBiz.com. After selling the second cleaning company in 2009, Steve began developing additional employee training for cleaning business owners and also provides one-on-one coaching to members. In 2016 Steve became a CITS Accredited Certification Trainer (A.C.T.) through the industry association, ISSA. Steve and Jean launched Clean Smart University in 2017 as part of the Premium Subscription Plan at The Janitorial Store.
