Barbara Marder
Barbara Marder is a Senior Partner of Mercer and is the Digital Tools Leader. Prior to this, Barb was a team leader in Mercer’s Innovation Hub. In that role, Barb led her team through idea generation to testing key assumptions to product development and commercialising Mercer Match – a career advice and job matching app- the latest product to launch from Mercer’s Innovation Hub. Mercer’s Innovation Hub was created to develop new offerings and take new services to the market by bringing forward capabilities across Mercer's lines of business. Barbara has led Mercer's Global Mobility Practice as well as two global business segments for Mercer's Retirement business - Defined Contribution Consulting and International Benefits Consulting. Barbara has over 30 years of experience on all aspects of retirement and Talent programs.
