Raquel Pelzel
Award winning cookbook author and writer Raquel Pelzel is the author of TOAST: The Cookbook ; Eggplant; and the soon to be published Sheet Pan Suppers --Vegetarian (Workman, 2017) and has collaborated on more than 20 cookbooks with chefs and celebrities. A former Cook’s Illustrated editor, Raquel was also the senior food editor at Tasting Table. Most recently she coauthored the award nominated Breaking Breads with Uri Scheft and is currently working with Cedella Marley, Zac Posen and David Burtka on cookbooks.
