Tom is a national authority on executive comp and high performance organizations. He is the author of 5 books including Changes for Challenging Times-A Special Report on Business Conditions and Compensation Trends and Innovative Reward Systems and written over 30 articles and features for Fortune, the Conference Board, Financial Times and Boards and Directors. He has been quoted in the Boston Globe, Wall Street Journal, and Boston Business Journal.
Earlier, he was National Director of Rewards for Aubrey Daniels & Assoc; Partner and GM of New England for Hay Group, Inc.; and Director of Organizational Consulting for The Forum Corporation. He holds a MBA from Vanderbilt Owen School of Management and BA from Southern Methodist University.
