Sunil Modi
Sunil currently heads Reachout as the CEO which he co-founded with his wife, Dr. Rashmi Jain, to reduce the healthcare costs in managing chronic diseases. He is focused on using technology to provide the right set of tools/resources in the hands of chronic disease patients to achieve higher medical adherence, reduced healthcare costs, and improved quality of life.
Prior to Reachout, Sunil has successfully founded and managed technology startups for the past 20 years.
Sunil lives with his wife in Dallas, TX and spends time honing his tennis and golf swings over the weekends.
