In her most recent corporate endeavor with CEB, Jennifer designed leadership development curriculum for Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Amgen, Motorola and Seagate. Through this experience, Jennifer recognized the lack of a women's perspective in the skills necessary to create successful employees and organizations. Over the last 5 years, she has dedicated her research to understanding what talents make women successful and impactful.
