Noleen Mariappens vision for POWW is to create the largest global network of women, collaborating, and taking strategic action for sustained positive social change. We’re driven by our mission to be the most significant female-led force for positive social action and the overall betterment of humanity. Despite billions being spent by charities, problems that affect local and global communities persist. There is an increasing interest in more innovative, solution-focused models of operation. We recognize that a limited amount of effort focuses on feasible, sustainable, long-term solutions, and this is what we aim for. To this end, we aim to form partnerships, building our network and simultaneously working with a think-tank of change-makers, advisors, and a global community of problem-solvers to initiate action toward sustainable solutions.
