Jennifer Powell uses her 20 years’ experience as a change communications strategist and consultant as an accredited Executive coach encouraging leaders to be the best they can be in a complex and challenging world, as a communications/change consultant helping organisations give clarity and direction to their people and as a facilitator delivering strategic leadership and communications workshops. She was previously a Principal at a global HR management consultancy and has held Executive positions in Cable & Wireless, Transport for London, Islington Council and Xerox Europe. Her experience spans many FTSE 100 companies in Financial services, media and professional service groups. Jennifer has a number of professional accreditations for coaching, psychometrics and mediation and her degree is in Law and English. She is mother to two fabulous adult children and lives in London.
