Dwayne Kushniruk
Dwayne Kushniruk has co-founded, managed and invested in several private and public software companies since 1981. These include the Abacus Software Group, Microrim Inc., Baseline Technologies Inc.,Exchequer Software Inc., and Opus Software Technologies Inc. Mr. Kushniruk founded Vision Pay Inc. to provide payroll and HR software for Navision products and he identified and managed the acquisition of Denver-based Serenic Software, Inc. Mr. Kushniruk identified a purchaser and managed the sale of the Serenic operating divisions in mid-2014, which generated a gain for shareholders at a premium to the share price and subsequently set the stage to pursue the cloud technology opportunities that OneSoft is now involved with. Mr. Kushniruk is one of the major shareholders and will continue to manage the Company’s M&A growth strategy, public company matters and capital markets initiatives.
