Chris Johnson is a senior partner at Mercer responsible for growth of Mercer’s Career services across EuroPac, which includes HR technology implementation and transformation, reward and talent management provided to multi-national and large, complex national clients. With 25 years in consulting, Chris has worked with major organisations in the public, not for profit, and private sectors in Africa, Asia, Europe, and US. He has extensive experience advising on delivery of business performance improvement through organisational change enabled by aligned people management programs. His consulting covers government, financial services, pharmaceuticals, retail, transportation, telecommunications, and utilities. His private sector clients are typically the Global 500. Prior to Mercer, Chris was responsible for workforce reform, employee relations and reward for 500,000 employees in the UK Civil Service. In his early career, Chris was a trades union official and graduated as a civil engineer.
