With over 25 years in the retail and customer services industry, Jennifer has focused her energy on making the pet industry fun and rewarding for owners and pets alike. Jennifer takes pride in working with an amazing team of pet enthusiasts at Firehouse, which includes 3 of her children and her Husband.
