Michael Sean Covey


Michael Sean Covey is the Executive Director of Bridle Up Hope, which is a 501(c)3 nonprofit foundation dedicated to helping young women build hope and confidence through equestrian training. Michael Sean and his parents started the foundation in memory of Michael Sean’s sister, Rachel, who passed away in 2012 at the age of 21 after a long battle with depression. Michael Sean oversees the foundation’s operations as well as fundraising and marketing activities.
Prior to his current position, Michael Sean worked for Cicero Group, a management consulting firm, and gained valuable experience consulting clients across industries such as financial services, higher education, retail, and telecommunications. Michael Sean graduated with honors from BYU with a B.A. in Political Science.
