Betty Gronneberg
Betty Gronneberg is a Founder & Executive Director of
uCodeGirl, a non-profit but social purpose organization that creates a pathway to technology careers for teen girls by tapping into their curiosity, skills and potential.
Betty holds a Master’s of Science degree in Software Engineering from North Dakota State University. Her first degree was from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. Betty has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. In her most recent role as a Software Engineering Manager, Betty had lead software engineers and directed a broad range of projects and initiatives while participating in planning, analysis and implementation of global solutions. As a Software Engineer turned Social Entrepreneur, Betty believes that those who code write their future. Betty works diligently on her passion of equity and inclusion: to help increase the talent pool and equalize opportunity in technology careers.
